ABSENCES

Parents or guardians must call the school no later than 9:00 AM to report a student’s absence. If no call is received by 9:00 AM Phoenix Preschool will make a reasonable effort to contact the child’s parent/guardian by phone to verify the legitimacy of the absence. These procedures represent a mutual effort to account for the presence of all students during school hours.

VACATIONS

Phoenix Preschool is a Year-Round Program. All students enrolled are expected to complete the entire academic school year (September 3rd -June 30th).

Parents are still responsible for tuition payment during holiday closings, sick leave, or break in service.

If for some reason you would like to terminate your child’s enrollment, please provide a written request two weeks in advance. If request is not made in the time prescribe, your security deposit will be forfeited.
